This Disclaimer applies to the mallow wallet mobile application (the “App”) and to wallet.mallow.art (the “Site,” and together, the “Services”), provided by mallow labs LLC (“mallow”).

No advice

Information in the App and on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Services is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, or asset. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving crypto assets, money, or taxes.

Crypto-asset risk

Cryptocurrencies, tokens, and NFTs are volatile and speculative. Their value may fluctuate substantially or fall to zero. Specific risks include:

  • Market risk — prices can move sharply against you
  • Smart-contract risk — bugs, exploits, or rug-pulls can cause total loss of assets you interact with
  • Custody risk — if you lose your seed phrase, your funds are permanently and irreversibly lost; mallow cannot recover them
  • Operational risk — blockchains, RPC providers, indexers, swap aggregators, and bridges can fail, lag, fork, or behave unexpectedly
  • Regulatory risk — laws governing crypto assets continue to change and may affect your access to features, your tax obligations, or the legal status of assets you hold
  • Counterparty risk — dApps, marketplaces, exchanges, and other users you transact with may default, defraud, or exploit you

You assume full responsibility for all decisions you make using the Services and for the outcomes of your transactions.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, as further described in the Terms of Service. mallow does not warrant that information in the App or on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Balances, prices, history, and metadata are sourced from third parties and the underlying blockchains and may be incorrect, stale, or unavailable.

The App relies on third-party services (e.g., Helius, Firebase, Reown, Jupiter, IPFS, Cloudflare) and may surface content from third parties (e.g., NFT metadata, marketplace listings). The Site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, content, or website. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service’s terms and privacy practices.

Jurisdictional notice

The Services may not be available, or may be restricted, in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful where you are located. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.
